When alert viewer is frozen, How can I go to the firewall to let apps have permission to access the internet ?
I can get to the firewall internet connection for programs, I can use the edit functions and search options too, but so far its still a no go.
I sure I'm just doing it wrong.
Please post instructions on how to give app the OK to access
Of course I do have internet access I got a few laptops here so I know my WiFi is working on all the computers.
and I do not want to use command lines to stop my software from updating forever, just to stop them until I need them updated.
If I screw up a command line I could F the machine, and a operating firewall is best.
