"Allow Always" functions as if "Allow Once"

I'm running Cox Secuity Suite on Windows 10.  My Issue is with the Personal Firewall.  I have elected to allow or dissallow programs manually.  I am constantly polled about programs that I have previously approved as "Allow Always".  Sometimes I am polled about the same program two or three times in quick succession if it makes several requests for Internet access during a process.  It appears, in these cases, that the "Allow Always" option is functioning as "Allow Once".

Also, users would benefit from more verbose info on the programs requesting access.  We ought to be shown the directory in which the program resides and be told what decision your software would have made with respect to the program if the user had selected your automated process.

Thanks
