Appears that netguard is out of control.
We purchased Total Protection ans subsequently we were unable to access our Stackmail (www.stackmail.com) via chrome (windows 10 Home 1909). Turning off Netguard resolved the issue.
I called McAfee TS who were totally useless - they only wanted to take-over our PC, when asked why they would not explain, without a valid explanation we declined, they were given the Stackmail IP address.
When we accessed Netguard the only option we saw was to turn it on or off. We could see no option to add to white or blacklists.
Perhaps others here may have experience of resolving this issue? Suggestions
PS when access to website happens albeit infrequently, the first thing we do is check the date/time - in this case not an issue.
