Unable to Close Windows File Sharing Ports (139, 445) in McAfee Live Safe Firewall

This is the current situation on my Windows PC:

Network profile: Private

File and printer sharing for Private profile: Off

Windows file sharing ports in Windows firewall: Closed

McAfee firewall: On

Windows file sharing ports in McAfee firewall: Closed (not checked)

Despite the above settings I'm able to connect via SMB to my Windows PC from another machine.

If I turn-off the McAfee firewall, I'm still able to connect as it appears the Windows firewall doesn't automatically turn-on if the McAfee firewall is turned-off. Consequently there appears to be no active firewall in this situation.

The only way I can close the Windows file sharing ports is to uninstall McAfee and let the Windows firewall take control.

Is this behaviour expected? Is there any way to close the Windows file sharing ports using the McAfee firewall?

Regards, Steve.

I tried all of the Traffic Controller settings and only Lockdown stopped any SMB connections from my other machine.
