I am trying to install the Andriod Developer Tools on Eclipse 3.7 (Windows 7 64 bit). I follow the standard instructions:
Eclipse: Help>Install New Software>Work With: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/. Nothing happens for a while and then Eclipse comes back with an error:
Error
Sun Sep 04 14:09:46 GMT-05:00 2011
Unable to connect to repository http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo/content.xml
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
...
I found that Mcafee seems to be blocking the sites that eclipse is trying to connect to. I've added Eclipse.exe and EclipseC.exe to the Internet Connections for Programs, but the connection still doesn't seem to be getting though. I looked in History and Logs and under Incoming Events the Firewall claims: A computer at download.eclipse.org has attempted an unsolicited connection to TCP port x on your computer.
Please, any help would be great.

Okay, I got on the tenichal assistance chat and Tobin was able to find the solution. I new I had to add an exception to the firewall but I couldn't find it. So, open Mcafee Home and go to
Firewall ->Settings ->My Network Connections
Add the IP address of the site you are trying to access. Bingo!
He said that the information was on the The FAQ and Search on the services site at:
http://service.mcafee.com/FAQSearch.aspx?lc=1033&sg=TS&pt=1
But I couldn't find it.
Thanks Tobin in technical support.
