Is there a setting in Livesafe that I can change to stop if from interfering with Firefox and flash video streams?
Video content is choppy in Firefox unless I turn off Real-Time Scanning.
Example: any show from NBC, ABC etc is choppy/lags.
It does not affect Chrome, only Firefox any version.
Any thoughts?
Laptop using Windows 10 Home.

What other info do I need to give?
Thanks in advance.

You could try opening your McAfee UI/Navigation/Firewall/Internet connections for programs/find Firefox/click on it and edit to turn off *NetGuard*.
It could be that you could adjust your settings in Adobe Flash Player/Macromedia settings.
One setting is to *Store common flash components to reduce download time*
Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Storage Settings Panel
Also you should have the latest Adobe Flash Player version, I would assume.
OK, Ill try that and let you know
What specifically would I need to set in the manager?
I personally have that setting I just mentioned in my prior post (#1), and I have no issues with *buffering* during playback.

Another cause could be high latency? Do you have a High Speed Internet connection?
Of course I am only making suggestions. Quite possibly someone will add to the discussion.
Also perhaps you could seek assistance here
I see the link now, you must have edit the post.
Yes I have that setting already added. Thanks for the suggestion.
I should mention I have a custom desktop on the same network and do not have the issue. But I don't have McAfee on it either.
Its only when I turn off the real time scanning in Livesafe that Firefox video streaming works smoothly again on my laptop.
So I am wondering if there was a way to change settings in Livesafe to possibly not scan Firefox only?

That is definitely a noticeable improvement!
Although it would make me if I'm not so safe for overall browser usage but I usually run sandboxed, so that's not a problem.
Thanks.
