How to open specific ports

I need to access a program on a Windows 7 PC. This program creates a web server that can be accessed with a username and password and a specific port which is enabled by the user using the program.  I am running another win 7 PC in the same subnet. If I turn off the McAfee firewall, I can connect to the program. If I leave the firewall running, the required port is closed and I cannot connect. How can I set up the Firewall to accomplish this?

Re: How to open specific ports

I should add, for those of you who have received the new blue, grey and white SecurityCenter interface that is slowly being released to everyone.

You'll find the same settings by clicking the cogwheel at upper right & selecting Firewall (click pic below to enlarge)

But as Peacekeeper has stated, Technical Support is probably best in this case, it's free of charge and he provided the link.
