just installed through my AT&T account.Cant run a scan cant update. Run MVT and that doesnt fix it. reinstalled several times. still no luck. Running windows 7 professional. MVT info below

I have had McAfee make several attempts to correct the problem and they have determined there is a bug in the latest version of the program. unsolved as of the date.
