Except I haven't got Windows 8. The Windows 8 forum post says it's possible to export the registry settings from another Windows 8 computer but why bother?
Let the poster read the Microsoft articles and, if they are describing the same problem that (s)he has got, follow their advice about downloading and running the registry fixes. The extra step that Dinesh describes may not be necessary.
Thanks Sir
Yes that article has the reg files needed so I would at least try that.
Some of the user(s) who tried to import that "Registry Files" suffer from another "ERROR" thats why I'm hesitant to do that
It's no shame to be hesitant in modifying your registry. Ideally you should be pretty confident in the changes you are making before you go ahead.
Did you get rid of your ZeroAccess infection? Given your hesitation with registry modification why not park the registry issue for a moment and come back to it once you are sure your laptop is clean from any infection?
I have had the ZeroAccess trojan before and it can be a real pain to get rid of. Ex_Brit mentioned Malwarebytes Anti-Malware earlier on - it's a program specifically focused on this type of malware protection and clean up, unlike the more 'broader' protection that typical AV's like McAfee offer. The guys on the Malwarebytes Forum would be happy to assist you if you can give them your logs and start a new post there - this is explained here:
I'm infected - What do I do now?

Once you are 'clean' you could also run McAfee Virtual Technican http://mvt.mcafee.com/ just to be sure your McAfee that came installed on your laptop when you purchased it is working correctly. After all that you'll be in a better position to work on your registry problem - at least you'll know you have a clean laptop. Other think to check would be do you have SiteAdvisor installed in your McAfee and turned on? This could help to warn you if you are about to visit a website that is known for distributing malicious files. If you can't find it in your SecurityCenter, you can add it to your protection for free here: http://www.siteadvisor.com/
Good luck!
p.s. Here is a link to the free version of Malwarebytes Antimalware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php Other than pressing a big green button that says "Download Now" when you get to the CNET download page, you are not presented with any options about trials or anything like that.
Sorry for jumping in - just that, having been a victim of ZeroAccess in the past, i know it can be both frustrating and confusing dealing with it.

Glad you've been helped. Good luck.
Yes, I saw you post on Malwarebytes. Marius is helping you now, so we have to stand back and let him guide you.
The only thing I have to say is that if you really cannot back up your files before running the program he recommends, you can still go ahead - but if anything goes wrong you may lose some or all of your data. It's a calculated risk. Personally I would find some free cloud-based file storage service and use that to upload the most important files. McAfee does have an Online Backup service, but it's not free.
These sites have a list of free online storage providers -

Of course, you have Windows 8 and that has SkyDrive built into it. It's only 7Gb, but it's free.
luckily when I run the Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit it did not detect any virus eventhough the process is not yet done
