Hello Spice ,

Please try the below steps and update us the outcome

1. Make sure you do not have any other security software in your PC

1. Click on Start : Click on start search and type : Run and press enter
2. In the open prompt , type : services.msc and hit enter
3. From among the services , right click on Windows Firewall services and click on Properties
4. Change the Start up Type to be : Automatic
5. Click on Recovery tab at the top and change all three failures to be Restart the Service
6. Hit Apply and then ok
7. Restart  the PC and check the status of McAfee firewall
