Event error ID:4321

I've got a 'simple' setup, 2 machines on a workgroup called 'HOME', one XP Pro SP3, the other Vista Home Prem. 64 bit SP2.

Everything appears to work fine, files can be executed and transferred between system. However, EVERY ten minutes when the XP machine is on, the error is posted. It doesn't seem to both the Vista computer though, but it is a fast one, Intel I7 920 cpu with 8GB's of RAM. Network connection speed is N wireless to the XP system and Gigabit wired to Vista system via a LinkSysWRT350N router.

All seems OK?

The XP system (Laraine-hp) is running Norton's ISS 2009 and the Vista system (Irv-XPS435) is running McAfee's Total Protection which has Ver 10 of the firewall in it.

I've checked all PORTS and settings on both systems.

I've reviewed ALL the logs on McAfee and Norton. None show any 'blockage'.

I'm asking here for suggestions. The 'normal' cause of that error is a duplicated computername, but I can't find any?

I also found web search results indicating that people got this error with Zone Alarm! Exiting ZA cleared the problem, but I've done this with McAfee and the problem continues.

Anyone else look in the Event Viewer under System and see this error and are running Vista?
