Cant access online game

i have made an exception to the game and have tried opening ports but i still cant play can someone tell me why the firewall is stopping me from playing?

should i have it set on outbound only?

i think its not mcaffee i think its that i need a static ip to forward ports but i only have 1 dns no alternate if u can help with this it would be much appreciated
