screen rules schedule not working on iPad or Windows laptop

Hi,

I setup a screen time schedule for my daughter's iPad and windows laptop. Both have the safe families app installed and running and I can see both devices under my daughter's profile using the parent app. The time came where the screen rules should have kicked in but neither device was locked out. Both devices are in the same time zone.

How can I troubleshoot why neither device locked out at the scheduled time?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kindly update McAfee on kids device and check for the same. Also, create a new child profile and check for the same. For configuration go through below article
