Windows 10 McAfee app - Rules doesn't work

Hi!

On Windows 10 the installed McAfee Safe Family app Rules funtcion doesn't work. If I click on it nothing happens. The other funkction is active, this function isn't.

No it isn't the same.

Screen time is on the android app function, that would be better if you implement my suggestion.

As I mentioned in your other post, I have contacted a (Expert) to address your concerns. Also, quite possibly you could add this to Product Ideas (Consumer)

any chance you can provide a screenshot (minus any personal information of course)? or at least clarify when you say it doesn't work, do you mean you see a white screen and nothing loads, or do you mean to say that you are changing rules and you don't see those rules working on your kids devices?

if it's the latter, can you please tell me what type of devices you have your kids set up with and what rules you expect to be working?

do you have any parent device setup on android or ios? and have you tried the rules function there?
