Unable to block Choices Game

When I try to block "Choices: Stories You Play" by Pixelberry, I get an error.   Actually 2 problems, the game is allowed, but it appears to be blocked (all games are blocked right now).   When I try to toggle the "Let my kid access this" button on, I get an error "This app couldn't be updated."

Please try with below steps and update the outcome

  • Update Safe Family App if update is available.
  • Try reinstalling choices app and check
  • Recreate kid profile and try to block choices app.

I'm sorry, but recreating the kid profile is unacceptable.  I have a lot of customized settings.  If I'm going through all that trouble, I'll just switch to another app.  This is ridiculous.  My other daughter's phone - I can block this app, but it keeps changing to allowed!  What's the point of even having Safe Family if it doesn't do it's one job?  The app is up to date.  Nothing helps.

In Candy Crush Saga, players exchange vibrant sweets on a grid to make matches of three or more candy of the same hue in order to solve match-three puzzles. When a match is made, the candies on the board vanish, and fresh sweets drop to fill in the spaces. The purpose is to finish various level objectives in a predetermined amount of moves or time.
