Safe family has now stopped updating web activity and and app activity. Nothing since 15th May. I have the app on my iPhone and tracking windows computer activity. I have deleted the app and downloaded again but no change. Any ideas?

Please perform the below steps.
Ensure on both the devices Internet is working.
Kindly check on the parent device still the rules are applicable or any changes happened on the windows computer.
If so, re-add the rules and perform some activities to the windows device and check whether your are able to receive activity report on the parent device.

Thank you for the update. I readied the app on my phone but no change so I re ran the install feature on the windows computer. Obviously this failed as it was already installed but I hoped it would trigger something. I then deleted the cache and cookies. Re started the computer. Nothing happened initially that day eve with known web activity taking place on the windows computer. But the subsequent day, today, I am now getting some web activity coming through. I don’t know yet if this is complete activity though. I need to do some tests myself tomorrow.
