Safe family, blocked is not fully blocked on Android

Hi, I´m using safe family on Android 8.1 device, Motorola G5 Plus.

Today I got a new message in app, my son installed a new app, but I blocked Google Play store.

I investigated and found a way to install anything due the restriction if you (blocked person) is patient enough, please check the video, link to

Of course, with this technique you can play, run or install everything.

Can you help me how to really block the content in the phone ?

We understand that you son accessed the play store to install an application. We would like to know more information on this, 

  • Does your son's phone have Device administrator activated?
  • Did you check if the uninstall option for safe family is disabled in your son's phone?
  • May i know the make and model of your son's device ?
  • May i have the Android version in your son's device?

Dear Gokulakrishnan, not only install but play the game too.

Does your son's phone have Device administrator activated? I´m not sure what do you mean.

Did you check if the uninstall option for safe family is disabled in your son's phone? He cannot uninstall the Safe family, it´s asking for admin access permission.

May i know the make and model of your son's device ? Moto G5 Plus (XT1685)

May i have the Android version in your son's device? Android 8.1.0 Security update from 1st of FEB 2019
