I cleared the browser cache on my son's laptop this morning. Since then, Safe Family is not registering any of his app or web activity.
Does anyone know what the reason for this is and how to fix it.

It started working again on its own.

Try to update the app. It should fix the issue. If its not then try reinstalling safe family. It should resolve the issue.
