I installed safe family on both of my kid's phones. They both have the Samsung s10. My son's phone I've had no issues and I am able to see all his app and web activities. My daughter's phone it stops working and doesn't report any activity. I try to pause her phone and she can still use it normally. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 2 times already. It works for maybe half a day and then quits again. I'm not sure what is the problem or how to resolve it.

McAfee is already aware of this issue and working on a fix to rollout asap. We will keep the thread updated.

Any update on this? I've tried removing the app from the device and reinstalling it and I'm still having the same issue and only on 1 of the 2 phones I put it on.
