Hello, I am less than a week into my free trial of Safe Family, and I’m having an issue. I have Safe Family installed on 4 PCs all running Windows 10, and I monitor them on my iPhone with the Safe Families App. But these computers app and web activity is not showing consistently in the app, sometimes it takes a day for the activity to show, sometimes it never shows. Is this normal? I cannot use a parental control app that is spotty.

Kindly apologizes for the late reply and the inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you are observing this issue on an iPhone or Windows. If yes, please let us know the iPhone version, Windows version and the Safe Family version.
If it is happening on an iPhone, we are aware about this issue, we are working on the issue and will get resolved with the next release.
If it is happening on a Windows computer, please provide us with screenshots. So we can help you further on this issue. Thank you.

I am using iPhone XR with iOS 14.3 and all the PCs are running Windows 10 Home. Safe Family version is whatever we downloaded from your site a week ago for the free trial. When is this next release going to be?
