Family Protection has prevented access to the internet. I have logged on with my email address and the administrator password that I logged on with when this was set up. I received invalid email or password error message. I selected 'Forgot password' and I can create a new password, but it is not an administrator password, What am I missing? At this point, I want to remove Family Protection from my pc.
