Cannot see full URLs of visited sites in Safe Family web activity

Hello, I'm not able to see the full URLs of sites visited from kid devices using the Parent Safe Family App.

Specifically:
1. all URLs are cut-off based on the width of the app.
2. cannot scroll further to the right to see the remainder of URL text
3. cannot select/copy to then paste full URL somewhere else
4. cannot click to open URLs directly (really weird design miss....this should be a security choice and incredibly easy to implement). Make URLs clickable....
5. No logs that I can identify to view the URLs elsewhere (but maybe I'm not finding them and someone can point me in right direction).

I have tried on 3 different PCs (all Windows 10).  2 of the PCs use built-in Microsoft Security and 1 uses Malware Bytes. Some additional details:
A. No change whether security is off/on has no impact.
B. The PCs do not have any DPI scaling adjustments (all at standard 100%) that could otherwise cause text size/window behavior of non-accommodating apps to be an issue.
C. The Safe Family App shows no indication of any issues, nor are any errors or informational issues being reported in Windows Event Viewer.

I have contacted support twice. The first time they "assured me" that reinstalling would resolve.  It did not.  On second time, awaiting a call back for "the highest level of escalation". But I'm wondering if this is just the actual design and not a malfunction (in which case the design is not usable).

Hoping someone in the community can help out.  Thank you.
