All Windows apps list now showing

Hi,

I installed Safe Family on my two sons' computers. However, while setting up the rules, there are no apps showing on the list for Son A's profile. I check with Son B's profile, and his computer's apps, although incomplete, are there.

Maybe some Windows settings are preventing for Safe Family to access Son A's app list? Can you tell me which setting can I check so I can compare with Son B?

Thank you.

Thanks, Sudharsanam G, but the article didn't help me with my concern. And the chat support link you gave is broken. I'll try and reach out to the customer service for this  specific problem.

Thank you.
