Admin rights on Safe family app

Good evening, I have been trying to install safe family app on my daughter’s iPad. I have upgraded the iOS to 15.5. Whenever I try to install the app, i would check the admin rights box and would take me to another screen. I would begin installation of files. After that a message saying that the profile has been downloaded and would need to review profile in settings app if I want to install it. 

not sure where this is. Have gone to setting on iPad and allowed everything. 

please help

Is safe family application working on other devices?

Was it been working earlier on the device that you have issues?

Please help us with the screenshots of the issue for better understanding to help you further.

hello. I have the same problem with my sons apple mobile.

downloaded 'enroll5'.. but it doesn't progress..

within 'general, device management'' it doesn't show safe family...

thks for your help!

  • Safe Connect VPN:  You will receive free, unlimited access to our VPN wireless on supported devices. Users not on auto-renewal have access to 500 MB/month of bandwidth.

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information. 
  • Your subscription is subject to our License Agreement and Privacy Notice. Product features may be added, changed or removed during the subscription term. Some features may require registration and a valid ID number to activate. See System Requirements for additional information.
  • While McAfee Identity Monitoring Service provides you tools and resources to protect yourself from identity theft, no identity can be completely secure.

    Fair Credit Reporting Act: You have numerous rights under the FCRA, including the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report(s).
