100% Disk usage

Can anyone tell me why I get 100% disk use, I cant open attachments on outlook emails and adobe dc reader crashes all after mcafee updates

There might have been some issues when McAfee was updated. We request you to remove McAfee from control panel and reinstall by following the below article. If the issue persists, please contact support for assistance.

Go to Task Manager and on the second tab you can check how and where disk is used.
