Thanks! This helped I didn't expect this is a "result" screen, thought that settings were removed after update,  and supposed 'Done' would start cleaning again, so just closed window.

This type of screen is present also after a scan. You notice an "i" on the Mcafee shield that is a good pointer

It's turned off in my 16.3 but I can't recall if I did that myself or not.

Sorry if I didn't think of that before.

On the Privacy tab click "Remove cookies and trackers"

Then, when that window opens, click Schedule and make sure it's turned off as shown below (Scroll down to find that "Do not schedule" button).

Don't forget to click Apply.
