McAfee Vaults folder

I have a PC whose hard drive (D:) USED to have McAfee Total Protection on it. It no longer has any McAfee product installed. The D:/Documents folder has a subfolder named McAfee Vaults (D:/Documents/McAfee Vaults) that I CANNOT remove.  I've tried EVERYTHING I could find on the internet AND on this website (including downloading and running the McAfee removal program) to no avail. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to remove it? Don't tell me to call support. I can't understand them and they are clueless.
