There is a problem with the subscription, that is my subscription is valid until 02.11.2016, but anti-virus writes that my subscription is deactivated for 45 days and wrote this only today, closing access to all functions except to buy or re-activate the subscription.

1.go to the Mcafee Shield and right click and choose verify subscription.
2. Uninstall Mcafee and reinstall it from your account

3. Call support for your country if above fails
