My subscription to McAfee Internet Security Suite is due to expire on (26 October 2016). But when I open McAfee Internet Security Suite and click on Your Subscription (the date format is correct; in England the date is always shown as day-month-year) but the expiry date shown is way out. (see screen capture picture). Please can you advise? Thanks.
First double-check your system clock for accuracy.
Then try right-clicking the taskbar icon and selecting Verify Subscription.
See if that helps.
If not then try running the Virtual Technician to see if it fixes the issue.
If not free Technical Support is available using the "Contact Support" section just below it on that page to the left.
Moved appropriately to My Account Online > Discussions
You may try contacting Customer Service for assistance; https://service.mcafee.com/webcenter/portal/cp/home/contact
Via Online Chat/Phone being the most expedient, and it is (Free)

Many thanks for the info. I checked my computer clock and the time was correct. I downloaded and ran the McAfee Virtual Technician which found and fixed 3 problems. I then rebooted my PC. I then right clicked Verify Subscription, it ran okay but it has not fixed the subscription date problem (see 2 recent screen capture pictures below). Thanks again for your help.
Forgot to mention my PC is running on Windows 8.1
May I suggest you contact customer service through the link Catdaddy posted. They should be able to resolve your issue as they will have access to your account details that we moderators on this forum do not as we are only volunteers trying to help out customers.
Good Luck
