Multiple Accounts: Would like to cancel one and request refund

I just received an e-mail regarding auto-renewal of my account. After doing some research, I realized that this is a subscription for a PC that I have not used for 4 years, yet I am still being billed for it (it even reads 'Inactive' when go to 'My Account'). I did not realize that I had to cancel the account for the specific PC, as I figured that since I had registered the new PC under the same e-mail address, that the protection would transfer over somehow (pity it took me 4 years to realize this). Regardless, I would like to have the 'Inactive' account cancelled and, if possible, a refund on today's auto-renewal (I am in-between jobs right now and I am, essentially, broke).
