Dell Inspiron 15 5999 - 15 Months subscription

I bought a brand new DELL machine (model Inspiron 15 5999) with McAfee preinstalled with 15 months subscription.  However, my machine says it will expire in one months time.  what do I have to do to get the full 15 months subscription for anti-virus product.

Right click on the shield choose verify subscription does that do anything. If not account issues such as this best to call customer service they handle these.

Moved to Consumer > My Account Online as a better spot for it.

Also read Solution 2 in THIS FAQ to see if the Subscription Repair Tool helps.

If not, like Peacekeeper said, I suggest contacting Technical Support.  It's free by phone.
