I bought a brand new DELL machine (model Inspiron 15 5999) with McAfee preinstalled with 15 months subscription. However, my machine says it will expire in one months time. what do I have to do to get the full 15 months subscription for anti-virus product.

Right click on the shield choose verify subscription does that do anything. If not account issues such as this best to call customer service they handle these.
