I'll try keep this short...

When I click the renew link in my total protection desktop app (see capture 1), it takes me to a web page (see capture 2). £59.99 sounds pretty good, except when I click the renew button in capture 2 it takes me back to the same page. If I try new via the subscriptions page on my Mcafee account the price suddenly jumps back to £99.99!

I've just spoken to a chap named 'Lloyd; in Canada?! and he's just told me the link in capture 1 goes to a website that is not a Mcafee website.... oh really?

All sorted. I think having one of your guys tell me I wasn't being taken to an offical Mcafee site from with the Mcafee desktop app is a tad concerning!
