First of all you would have to do this on a computer. The 'something' you downloaded would be I assume McAfee Virtual Technician, just run it from whereever you saved it to. It doesn't matter anyway as it's only a means to help them.
After running that the Chat window should appear.
You are in Egypt correct? Unfortunately there is no local office to call, the nearest Customer Service office is in the UK.
Moved to Mobile Security for better attention.
Until someone with knowledge answers you here I suggest you click the Technical Support link under 'Europe, the Middle East and Africa' here: http://service.mcafee.com/faq/country.html and use the Online Chat to consult a support agent.
.
Oh sorry i'm new here i didn't know where should i post my thread
thank you for the link i will check it now
It's no problem....good luck 😉
Well somone help please?!
or should i just remove the app and start looking for another one -_-?
Did you contact Support in the link I provided? At a weekend it's unlikely anyone from McAfee will be on this forum.
no because i don't know how to contact them from that link
If there isn't a local phone number for your area click the Technical Support link and use the online chat. You would need to do that from a PC or MAC of course.

After that, they'll try to unlock the phone or they will provide you with another PIN, which would help you unlock the phone.
And btw, it is exactly for that reason that MMS exists at all. To block your phone once a diferent SIM card is put inside.
Also, there are several options which are customer oriented inside your account at https://www.mcafeemobilesecurity.com/.
