PIN reset doesn t working

hello, my son's mobile is locked by Lifesafe

several attempt to enter PIN failed

when I go to "code PIN oublié", and choose to send e-mail, it doesn't work, no email has been received yet since 10 hours

unfortunately, I suppressed this device from the list of the protected devices in the LifeSafe App;

please help, i don't know how to unlock my son's phone

Hi  

Once the device is by McAfee, it disables the wifi connection and only if the mobile data is enabled you will be able to receive pin number through email. So please try wiith other option you see such as 

>Send it to buddy

>Answer the security question

Once the device is by McAfee, it disables the wifi connection and only if the mobile data is enabled you will be able to receive pin number through email. So please try wiith other option you see such as 

>Send it to buddy

>Answer the security question

  • Eligibility: McAfee® Identity Monitoring Service Essentials is available within active McAfee Total Protection and McAfee LiveSafe subscriptions with identity monitoring for up to 10 unique emails. Phone number monitoring is enabled upon activation of Automatic Renewal. Not all identity monitoring elements are available in all countries. See Product Terms of Service for more information.
