Mobile app ungraded protection

I have a warning on my phone "Action required: Upgraded protection is here! Sign in to resume antivirius & web protection."

When I go to the app it won't open. I have read complaints where users uninstall and then cannot reinstall the app. I am unsure of the procedure.

I have logged in via my computer and it had a warning to confirm email address which I have done, and this didn't clear the warning on my phone. Is my mobile still protected?
