Hello,
The Mobile Security (android) closes after starting it.
The app opens, I see the SCAN shield for about one second and then the app closes. Sometimes, I manage to start the scan. It gets to 1% and then it closes again.
I already reinstalled the Mobile Security from Playstore, updated the Android System Webview, and did a factory reset. The problem persists as descrtibed above.
Is it possible to force the SCAN somehow?

We would like to let you know that McAfee is aware of this issue on certain devices and we are working for a solution. In the meantime, kindly confirm if the version of McAfee is installed in 5.13.

The version is 5.12.0.131. This is what is available in Play Store, to me at least.
On a slight tangent, I managed to run a full scan several times. Simply, the app did not close itself immediately. I do not know what affected it.
