just after a year when I deleted all Norton products, Ibecame confused when I saw support but it was Norton. Since I have only been corresponding with Mcafee, I assumed. I’m sorry I put you through trying to find the email. I have no excuse, I was not observant enough. Norton does not give up and is too aggressive. Though I have no Norton Products, I should delete acct. Their support, everything his bad except for sales. They cannot monitor their forum. Sorry again

Still getting same pop up TURN PHOTOS ACCESS ON. No solution to date.
