MMS Media Vault and iPhone 7

This is the message I get in media vault if I click on photos. I received your message that a team was now examining this problem. It should have been a permission asked during setup like the iPhone 8. I’ve tried numerous re-installs. An interesting fact is in the App Store when I re-install, you usually get a cloud to install. With MMS I get “GET” as if I never purchased this app. A little odd in the App Store.

Please follow the below instructions to enable McAfee access your Photos on the iPhone,

1. Go to Settings on our iPhone
2. Select Photos
3. Under Allow access to Photos, make sure McAfee is enabled

Or

1. Go to Settings on our iPhone
2. Select McAfee from the list of Apps
3. Make sure you enable photo access

This will allow McAfee to access Photos on your iPhone and you can add them to your Vault

After installing McAfee on the iPhone, you can select Media Vault and create a PIN. This will also allow McAfee to access Photos and Videos at the same time.
