LiveSafe and VPN

Hello,

 

when I click activate VPN... LiveSafe says via GUI: try it later... We can now not manage a VPN connection...

Is this a normal behaviour? And has every LiveSafe Licence a VPN Licence?

McAfee is aware of this issue and the Engineering Team is working to find a solution. Please give us sometime. Once we have a solution, we will update you.

We are sorry that you are unable to turn on VPN in McAfee LiveSafe. Please help us with the OS and LiveSafe Version?

Hello!

For the McAfee LiveSafe Version see the Screenshots attached...

Windows is 10 Pro Version 2004

 

And I have this behavior on a second machine... Both PCs have the same McAfee Version (LiveSafe was on both installed new some days ago) and both have Win 10 Pro 2004...

Hello @Madhan 

My problem is a bit different from @CIA_MAN 's problem.
I can't turn on VPN connection on my phone, because I can't give permission to the app. 
App's version: 2.7.0.739

Yes, the query was responded[Link below] and we don't have a solution right away, since it needs to be investigated with more information such as logs, observations etc.
