Everytime I try activating it gives me an error
I contacted Cox aswel and they referred me to contact mcafee directly. I'm totally lost. I am provided mcafee free with my high speed internet but I can't even activate it

My question is, how do we remove the antivirus program from all the devices we downloaded it to, that is, when I log in to my accounts, there are 7 devices, how can I delete them?
I use mcafee internet sevurity and it protects 3 devices, but when I log in to my account, my old downloads appear. How can I remove them? I want only 3 devices to remain in my account.
