Frequent login requests on Android McAfee

In the last few weeks I have received frequent requests from McAfee app on my android tablet and phone to login. Seem to have been frequently logged out for no apparent reason.

Also, if Edge is my default browser, sometimes the login then just hangs. If I change the default to be Chrome or Samsung Internet as the default then it logs in ok.

But the frequent requests to login again were most annoying.

Seems to be ok in the last couple of days, but wondering when it will happen again.

Has anyone else had these problems?

Thanks for the private message offer.

I have just had a couple of weeks waiting for calls from McAfee support on another matter. There was a lot of time just waiting for the call(s).  I think I'd like to leave it a while before being in that situation again.

For the moment I just wanted to know if others are similarly experiencing this problem.

If I decide in the near future to follow this up I will start with a chat.
