I have an existing subscription and installed the Mobile Security in my new phone. I added my new phone number and wait for the text code to verify that the phone is really mine. I am not receiving any one-time code text even though I tried it for couple of times.

Am having the same problem so removed the link to my phone as suggested. Now cannot add the phone as still no text is received!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Kindly uninstall McAfee from device and try to send link from McAfee dashboard once signing in and reinstall McAfee from the link. Alternatively you can reach McAfee support for any queries.
