Viewing past McAfee LiveScan scan activity reports on tablets

Jump to solution

Hi!

I saw for the first time a count of 1 in my "Threats Removed" area on my tablet's Activity Report. I'd like to find out how to view past activity reports so I can see what was removed, in case it was a false positive and something important like an app component or image file was removed. I know how to do this on my desktop but not sure if this is possible on tablets due to space restrictions.

Hello @DavidAlanGay

Please follow the below steps that will help you to find the Activity Log which contains the entire information of the scan report along with threats detected and removed,

  • Open McAfee on your Tablet
  • Tap the Hamburger icon[Three lined icon] at top right
  • Go to Activity Report
  • Tap  Security Scan
  • Now tap the three dots at top right and select Activity Log
  • This page will display all the files, apps and others scanned on your device as well as the suspicious files that were removed

Also, when you are accessing a file which is suspicious or malware from the device, McAfee will alert you and remove from the device.
