Total Protection - beta???

Not so much a query regarding the mobile app, but McAfee Total Protection not being fit for purpose.
 
I'm beginning to wish I hadn't activated the trial version! It wasn't working properly - or at least the firewall wasn't in Windows 11. Now after activation there are numerous inadequacies.
 
Firstly, difficulty in getting OTP Verification Codes when trying to add mobile numbers in the ID Theft Protection. (apparently a known issue).
 
Secondly, duplicated devices listed. There used to be a 'Remove' tab prior to this weekend. This has now been replaced by a 'Re-install' tab. This seems to have contributed to the duplicated device issue.
 
Anyhow, after getting on to support for the umpteenth time I now see 9 devices listed on my account. Having got 4 deactivated. It still leaves me with ONE duplicated. I have a 5 device subscription. 
 
Come on McAfee, what's going on here? For the amount of support I've had to seek this last few days things should have been resolved but they simply aren't. 
I've never ever needed support from a virus protection vendor before. This just shows how unintuitive your redesigned software is.
 
It's got to the stage now that if it isn't improved very soon I shall be abandoning McAfee in favour of another vendor. I just can't spend the time nor put up with the frustration any longer.
 
Please do let me have your comments on this as I feel presently your Total Protection package is merely in 'beta' development. It is far from a polished product.

No solution to issue yet. Hopefully, following given feedback, McAfee will effectively return account functionality.
