Re: Not showing all apps

@potent1983

Are both parent and child device running on iOS 12?

Shall we ask for a screenhot for this issue?

Re: Not showing all apps

are you seeing only 20 apps on the device or in Safe Family App?

Re: Not showing all apps

I only see 21 apps of the 68 indicated apps on the device.  The device is shared between child and parent.

Re: Not showing all apps

Hi

if you switched profile from parent to kid on the iOS device, some apps are hidden based on the kids age. Safe Family blocks apps based on Apple app store kid's age rating . Apps will reappear on the device when you switch profile back from kid to parent.

does this help?

Re: Not showing all apps

I don’t know how to send a screenshot here.

Both are operating in 12.0 but the problem happened before the upgrade

Re: Not showing all apps

No.  Switching makes no difference.  Still only a handful of app show up for both child and parent.  I actually have no restrictions for any apps or in purchases.  It’s more just a way to monitor activity and no restrict for me.

Again it use to show all when I first had the app downloaded but now it does not.

Re: Not showing all apps

This problem got worse.  Now only see 3 apps for one kid and other kids says “No results”
