The only option I got from McAfee is "Ignore threat" which I'm sceptical about.
My phone also a Lenovo phone, so after reading OP's post I expect maybe its just a false threat, maybe it's just a legit lenovo or Android's program that detected as virus by McAfee right after recent McAfee Update (Since it's created 28 Aug 2017 but just detected a few days ago) , but who knows...
So I just search and ended here to confirm if I just need to "Ignore threat" or do something else.
