Can not received one-time code text to verify ownership of my mobile phone

I have an existing subscription and installed the Mobile Security in my new phone. I added my new phone number and wait for the text code to verify that the phone is really mine. I am not receiving any one-time code text even though I tried it for couple of times.

We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused. In order to add the new device, kindly delink the existing device that linked with your phone number by logging into McAfee account. Alternatively, please get in touch with our technical support using the below link.
