RESCISION DE ABONO

HOLA, MI PREGUNTA ES QUE EL AÑO PASADO SE ME ROMPIO EL ORDENADOR TENIENDO UNA CUENTA MCFFE ACTIVA. AL FORMATEARLO DE NUEVO PERDI LA COBERTURA DEL SERVICIO SIN QUE HAYA RECIBIDO MAS NOTICIAS QUE EL ULTIMO CARGO  DEL RECIBO ANUAL  EN MI CUENTA PAYPAL. QUISIERA ANULAR EL CONTRATO CON MCFEE PERO NO SE COMO HACERLO. ALGUIEN ME PUEDE AYUDAR?. GRACIAS.

Go to your account page and turn off auto-renewal.  https://home.mcafee.com/secure/protected/login.aspx?

Then contact Customer Service by phone or online chat and ask them for a refund.
