MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.4, Safari 14.1.1 and McAfee 4.11.1.0 (BT Virus Protect). www.gov.uk (as an example) related pages result in 'Page Not Found' message from McAfee. What is the solution please?
I can use the 'back arrow' then 'forward arrow' and the McAfee message changes to 'Use caution on this site'.
Hi @John1812
Please let us know were you able to access those sites from alternate browsers apart from safari.
Yes, I tried FireFox and that worked just fine.
Hi @John1812
Kindly Open Safari>>Preferences>>System extension>>uncheck McAfee Site advisor and Check if you are able to visit the website. Update us with the screen shot of the webpage to assist you further.

Hi Bharani,
I took the advice from the Apple Support Communities website and have uninstalled McAfee. This has resolved the problem, but means that I can't try your suggested workaround.
Many thanks,
John
Hey I've got a similar issue with several websites. Usually I never know what website it would be, it happens with both big sites like some of wikipedia.org pages, and small resources like pingpongacademy.org. I also tried Firefox (works fine) and to reinstall McAfee, but it didn't help. Any other advice?
